When you book a call, you type your name, email, phone number and answers into Calendly's booking form. Those details go to Calendly. Our own systems do not currently receive them, so we read them in Calendly when we prepare for your call, and we use them only for that and to contact you about the call.

Our own record of a booking is a row in a private Google Sheet controlled by TD Wealth. That row holds only the time the booking was made, the page you booked from, and any campaign tags (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign) in the link that brought you here. It does not hold your name, email, phone number or answers. We do not sell or rent your information.

Call booking is handled by Calendly, and Calendly's privacy policy applies to the details you enter there.

We use advertising and analytics tools from Meta and Google to measure which ads bring visitors and bookings. The Meta pixel and the Google Ads tag are loaded directly by this site. There is no Google Tag Manager container. They set cookies and record pages viewed and actions such as clicking a button or booking a call. When a booking happens we also send Meta a server-side event confirming it, containing your IP address, your browser identification and the Meta cookies set on this site. Because your booking details never reach our systems, no copy of your email or phone number, hashed or otherwise, is shared with Meta or Google, and your answers to the booking questions are never shared. Hosting logs (IP address, browser, pages viewed) are kept by our hosting provider for security.

You can opt out of personalized ads at Meta ad preferences and Google ad settings, or block cookies in your browser.

If you want your booking details deleted, email [NEEDS CLIENT INPUT: business email] and we will delete the booking in Calendly and remove the matching row from our Sheet.
